The Per Person Fee is part of the per night rate. We find it to be the fairest way to price Campsites/Lodging for different size groups and it includes all the facilities our campground has to offer.

Check-In 3 p.m. | Check-Out 11 a.m. (CST)
Check-Out means your Cabin must be vacated by 11 a.m. (CST)
We ask that you honor our Check-Out time promptly to minimize hardship on our housekeeping staff and the next arriving guests.
Extensions must be approved by the office before day of departure. Extra fees apply.

Deposits

50% of the total reservation, will be taken (as a deposit) at the time a reservation is booked.
- Holidays: The total amount due, for your reservation, will be taken (as a deposit) at the time a reservation is booked.

Cancellations

- Lodging: We will return your deposit minus a $30 service charge if you cancel FIFTEEN (15) or more days prior to your arrival date. If you cancel FOURTEEN(14) days or less of your arrival date your full deposit is forfeited.
- Holidays: We will return your deposit minus a $30 service charge if you cancel THIRTY (30) or more days before your arrival date. We do not refund holiday deposits on cancellations made TWENTY-NINE (29) days or less of your arrival date.
Please make sure you schedule your holiday reservations carefully.
- NO SHOWS: Guests failing to contact us to cancel their reservation (with the required time, listed above) will be considered a 'NO SHOW'. 'NO SHOWS' are subject to the same cancellation policies.

Pets

We welcome your pet to our campground. All that you need to do is let us know that you are bringing a pet and we will book you into a pet friendly cabin or lodge subject to availability. We charge a $25.00 non-refundable cleaning deposit per pet per stay (2 Pet Limit). We expect that you will take good care of your pet which includes not leaving your pet unattended in your cabin or lodge and that your pet will take care of you - making sure that you clean up after him or her. We have cabins and lodges set aside for pets and their owners since some of our other guests are allergic to pets. Unfortunately, if your pet persuades you to sneak him or her into a non-pet cabin or lodge, you will be liable for $300 in cleaning charges.
- Cleaning Fee: a $25 per pet, Non-Refundable, pet cleaning fee is charge to all reservations . Not all cabins are 'Pet-Friendly' cabins, please make sure you book a Pet-Friendly cabin if you require one. There is a maximum of TWO (2) pets per Pet-Friendly cabin.

Testimonial

We stayed in a 42 ft motorhome on Friday-Sunday. 2 adults and 4 kids age 3-14. We stayed in the Premium area and it was great. The pad was concrete, level and long enough to park our Jeep in front. All the roads in the Premium area are paved and very smooth. The remainder of the campground had gravel sites that were very shady. When you stay there is a $6 per person charge for the splash...
