Lodging Guidelines

We've established the following General Campground Guidelines to help insure your safety and your enjoyment, while in our park and the same to our other guests. Those who choose not to observe these guidelines can be asked to leave our park without any form of refund. These guidelines are items which pertain specific for our guests renting Lodging Units.
Check-In / Check-Out:
Check-In time is 3 p.m. and Check-Out time is 11 a.m. (CST) If you intend to arrive before 3 p.m., please notify our office and we'll make every effort to have your lodging unit available. However, we can't guarantee its availability until 3 p.m. We ask that you honor our Check-Out time promptly to minimize hardship on our housekeeping staff and the next arriving guests.
Deposit: Payment in full is required (as a deposit) at the time a reservation is booked.
Per Person Fee The per person fee is part of your Camping fee. We find it to be the fairest way to price Campsites/Lodging for different size groups and it includes all the facilities our Campground has to offer.
Cancellations - Lodging: We will return your deposit minus a $30 service charge if you cancel FIFTEEN (15) or more days prior to your arrival date. If you cancel FOURTEEN(14) days or less of your arrival date your full deposit is forfeited.
Cancellations - Holidays: We will return your deposit minus a $30 service charge if you cancel THIRTY (30) or more days before your arrival date. We do not refund holiday deposits on cancellations made TWENTY-NINE (29) days or less of your arrival date.
Please make sure you schedule your holiday reservations carefully.
Cancellations - NO SHOWS: Guests failing to contact us to cancel their reservation (with the required time, listed above) will be considered a 'NO SHOW'. 'NO SHOWS' are subject to the same cancellation policies.
Pets: We welcome your pet to our campground. All that you need to do is let us know that you are bringing a pet and we will book you into a pet friendly cabin or lodge subject to availability. We charge a $25.00 non-refundable cleaning deposit per pet per stay (2 Pet Limit). We expect that you will take good care of your pet which includes not leaving your pet unattended in your cabin or lodge and that your pet will take care of you - making sure that you clean up after him or her. We have cabins and lodges set aside for pets and their owners since some of our other guests are allergic to pets. Unfortunately, if your pet persuades you to sneak him or her into a non-pet cabin or lodge, you will be liable for $300 in cleaning charges.
Pets - Cleaning Fee: a $25 per pet, Non-Refundable, pet cleaning fee is charge to all reservations . Not all cabins are 'Pet-Friendly' cabins, please make sure you book a Pet-Friendly cabin if you require one. There is a maximum of TWO (2) pets per Pet-Friendly cabin.

Camping is an outdoor experience, therefore
we do not give refunds due to whims of Mother Nature.

The Management reserves the right to refuse service, limit the length of stay and the number of persons or vehicles per site and/or evict any person or party without refund. Park staff are not allowed to work on guests' RVs or other personal equipment.
